He truly cares for the animals as if they were his own. "We have been bringing our dogs to Canarsie Animal Hospital since the 80's. Dr. Martin Sr. was always a very caring vet. He knew how to handle every situation and we were always confident that he would take great care of our dogs. In our book he was the "Greatest". Then one day Dr. Martin told us he was planning to retire soon and his son was going to take over the business. What? No more Dr. Martin Sr.? Now what? To be honest, we were somewhat concerned and upset but we decided to give Dr. Martin Jr. a chance. There is an old saying that goes, "like father, like son". This most assuredly holds true in this case. Dr. Martin Jr. has definitely followed in his father's footsteps. He is gentle and caring with our dogs and we trust him as much as we trusted his father which I have to say is a lot because we trusted Dr. Martin Sr. 100%. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Canarsie Animal Hospital to anyone. They have always been tops in our mind. We have been going there for quite a long time and we will still continue. Thank you Drs. Martin Sr. and Jr for taking such wonderful care of our dogs."

my dog had a prolapsed eye and dr marti gave me the medications for it and it fixed in 2 days. I had a shih tzu its most common to them
