CANCELLATION/MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

 

Your Pet Is Family

One of our primary goals is to provide excellent individualized medical care. "No-Shows" and late cancellations prevent other clients from accessing medical care in a timely manner. We would like to remind you of our office policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of medical care. We are proud of our ability to see our patients when they need medical care and we need your cooperation to do so.

Canceling Your Appointment

 

In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call us promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to other patients who may be in need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance (Before 10:30 AM the day before the scheduled appointment/ or before 12:00 PM on Saturday for Monday appointments.). Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the ability to have access to timely medical care. 

Patients who arrive on time are seen at their scheduled time. Patients who have arrived on time will be seen ahead of those who arrive late. If you arrive late, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your pet’s visit.

New Clients

 

New clients will be required to pay a $25.00 deposit to hold their appointment.

               

  • The deposit will be Re-credited on their bill upon showing up for their scheduled appointment

 

  • The deposit is transferable to a future visit as long as the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 Hour notice before the day of the appointment. (Before 10:30 AM the day before the scheduled appointment)

 

  • Non Refundable if client does not show up for their scheduled appointment and or does not notify us of cancellation no later than 24 hours before the day of their appointment (before 10:30 AM the day before)  / or before 12:00 PM on Saturday for Monday appointments.

 

Established Clients

 

Regular clients will be billed a $25.00 fee in addition to their bill upon their next visit if client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, and or does not notify us of cancellation no later than 24 hours before the day of their appointment (before 10:30 AM the day before  / or before 12:00 PM on Saturday for Monday appointments).
