As a private practice for over 25 years, Canarsie Animal Hospital has been providing small animal veterinary health care and medical services, satisfying the needs of many pets and their owners from both here in Canarsie and the surrounding local communities (East New York, Brownsville, Flatlands, Flatbush, Marine Park, Starret City).  Offering veterinary health care exclusively to dogs and cats, our staff have always strived to offer good customer service and care, and emphasize safety when it comes to the general health and well-being of your pets.

During your visit, we stress the importance of communicating with you, step by step, how to go about diagnosing, and treating your pet appropriately. If further diagnostics, testing, and or treatment are needed, we will present you with an itemized list of all possible options and recommendations. We will discuss with you the importance of each recommendation, in an effort to help you make the best decision for both you and your pets.

We will only be seeing clients by advance appointment  at this time. We are allowing only one pet per appointment slot at this time.  Clients with more than one pet may need to make multiple appointments.  Appointments can only be made by phone during our open hours. Walk-In's are no longer being accepted at this time.  You must have an appointment to be allowed into the clinic.  Same day appointments may be subject to availability. Emergency visits
